Pricing for permanent jobs in clinical research

Our contractual terms are fair and competitive; for a single permanent placement our flat rate fee is 20% of the successful candidate’s basic annual salary. If you choose not to progress with our candidates, for any reason, then there is no fee. If you are prepared to discuss exclusivity, or you have multiple roles to be filled, we may negotiate our fee accordingly to reflect the increased opportunity for PRN Recruitment.

For more complex assignments, recruitment campaigns, or executive search, we charge 30% of basic annual salary of the successful candidate, with an up-front non-refundable partial fee of circa one third of this payment. One third of the fee will be invoiced when we present you with our final short list of candidates and the final part of the fee will be invoiced after the successful candidate has accepted the job and commenced employment with our client.
